Operation & Maintenance:

Terraine experience includes O&M services at Department of Defense facilities and EPA cleanup sites.

Repeatedly, Terraine demonstrated the ability to optimize operations and utilize technology to improve data collection, management and presentation without increasing costs.

In Texas, Terrraine is performing operation & maintenance and related services for the Navy at Dallas and Corpus Christi

As part of ongoing O&M services at multiple pump and treat systems at these sites, Terraine obtained and analyzed flow data, modified system operation, enhanced reporting, and improved overall performance.

O&M tasks performed by Terraine include:

• Weekly monitoring of system including pressure gauges, flow meters,
   pump rates, groundwater levels

• Sampling and analysis of influent and effluent for NPDES permit reporting
   and to evaluate system

• Optimizing system operation, including reconfiguration, cleaning and
   adjustment of equipment.

• Tracking trends graphically on a monthly basis.

• Populating a secure website with information and charts/graphs.

• Weekly monitoring of SVE system.

• Monthly effluent sampling of SVE system for volatile organic compounds
   utilizing Summa canisters.
